I sure do. It chilled me to the bone watching my fellow Americans desecrate the last remaining vestige of our democracy. A hoard of right wing lunatics, who had been driven to this madness by Donald J. Trump’s incessant lies about the 2020 election, attacked the iconic building where our (supposedly UNITED) government resides.

Or, in other words, republican zealots committed an insurrection. Insurrection is defined as “a violent uprising against an authority or government.”. The video clearly shows this is what happened, and clearly shows the insurrection was committed ENTIRELY by Trump supporters.

We are well past time to hold republican leadership and talking heads for their part in this crime. Accountability is a must, and justice needs to be swift. For “Justice delayed is Justice denied”. This is a legal maxim that is not being followed by our Department of Justice. Instead, elected republican congress members are able to deny this even happened, or defend the perpetrators who carried out Donald Trump and the republican leadership’s wishes. Republican talking heads hold terrorists up as heroes in their continued attempt to usurp this democracy in order to replace our form of government with an authoritarian regime to the benefit of the uber rich, and the detriment to the working class.

Yet, the working class keeps voting in the people (republicans) who want enslave them. The FoxNews groupthink efforts are working.
